Viatges a Illa Captree

Total catfish. The photos and descriptions were completely misleading. I booked a one-bedroom suite for an average of $470 per night, but was initially placed in a standard room that looked more like a college dorm. Despite notifying the hotel that we had a wheelchair, reaching the room required navigating stairs in the hallway. The bathtub also had a broken drain stopper. When I brought these issues to the front desk, I was shown the suite I had actually booked. It was in even worse condition: buckling floors, electrical outlets that wouldn’t hold plugs, hair in the bed, unfinished bathroom repairs, and a wobbly toilet. The furnishings and overall condition were nothing like the advertised photos. This isn’t about the building being old. It’s about poor maintenance and misleading representations of the rooms. At these prices, the condition was unacceptable. The staff were pleasant, and management ultimately provided a refund, which I appreciated. However, we had to find another hotel. This might be ok as a basic overnight crash pad at a much lower price, but I would not recommend staying here unless the rooms have been substantially renovated.

The managers need complete retraining or higher managers that are way more capable in dealing with customers and not fighting and arguing with them and telling them they’re wrong

Super, ligging, proper, vriendelijk, goed ontbijt...

Wonderful !
