"Accommodation was very good as was the bar and entertainment. The restaurant food was amazing. Staff were helpful, engaging and polite. "

"Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend "

"Had a family long weekend stay here. Was perfect close to everything right on the beach,shower was amazing cant thank the host enough.. will definitely be coming back in the future. "

"Very comfortable apartment, with balcony that gets the afternoon sun and with views towards the sea. Apartment well equipped and included some helpful basics.Only negatives are that there are 50 steps up to the 3rd floor, and the long stay car park is up a steep hill."

"I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys...

"Really amazing place with lots of rooms for all of us to hang out in. We especially liked the bar lounge and the swimming pool area. Great hosts who were quick to respond to queries and really helpful. Would highly recommend if you have a large group! "

"Spacious, very clean, utilities available were great too. Great outside space for us to sit out with our little Jack Russell without him being able to get out (no gate so just put chairs across)Excellent location, local bus stop into the town centre & other destinations is right outside the sight. Pub on site was nice too if you wanted a day in your lodge with nice food.I would 100% recommend this property and anything questions we had were answered promptly."

"We had a fabulous week staying at Farthings Nest. The view from our garden was amazing. The prior had everything we needed, it was well furnished with high quality appliances and gadgets! Very comfy bed too. Steph was very welcoming. We would definitely recommend and go back again. "

"The experience does not align to the website. Buildings in poor state or repair woth wooden external staircase broken. First apartment smelt so bad requested immediate change. 2nd apartment at mininum expected standard. Pillows very hard, beds uncomfortable. Surrounding area and tenants concerning. Left a day early."

"Nice apartment, ideal positioning, Illfracombe is very steep, but lovely walks to be had. Car parking is free after 6pm in the town also. We didn’t use the facilities but pool looked a decent size. Cushions on the bed were very hard. Could maybe do with a couple of soft ones in the wardrobe as a just incase. Lovely place overall. "

"Beautiful house, fantastic views. All rooms spacious and bathrooms clean. Accommodation was perfect for my family celebration ages ranging from 3-82. All rooms sound proof and beds very comfortable. We had a great time enjoying the grounds, games room and both kitchens. The hot tub was an added bonus too. Left with great memories of my 60th. "

"It was a lovely self- contained property for one or two people. I think it would feel crowded for any more. The hosts even bought a new TV when i couldn't watch the Olympics on the old one. The games room was great but if I hadn't known the people in the cottage next door, I don't know how i would have gained access. It was a lovely peaceful stay with everything I needed and very kind, helpful hosts. "
