"Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend "

"Opportunity to enjoy time with the whole family with each having their own nicely decorated room and en-suite. In general there seems to be a number of small maintenance issues needed in the property, such as the oven, radiator permanently on (solved by turning all the heating off). Loose door handles. Matt was extremely helpful and always available. It would be helpful to have additional tea towels and toilet rolls. The indoor swimming pool, bar room and table football were a huge success for...

"We had a wonderful, conformable and enjoyable stay at the Jasmine Cottage. Checking in was easy, Caroline, the host guided us ovee the phone. Cottage has beautiful views of the valley from bedrooms, patio, living and dining rooms. Its 2 minutes drive from the local CoOp supermarket and 5 minutes from the beach and local shops. Combe Martin beaches are lovely as,well as Woolacombe beach and the charming town of Lynton that's 20 minutes drive away. Would definitely come back and explore the area...

"Can’t fault this apartment. The stairs are a challenge but the view completely makes up for it. Very clean and well presented. "Beautiful house, fantastic views. All rooms spacious and bathrooms clean. Accommodation was perfect for my family celebration ages ranging from 3-82. All rooms sound proof and beds very comfortable. We had a great time enjoying the grounds, games room and both kitchens. The hot tub was an added bonus too. Left with great memories of my 60th. "

"It was a lovely self- contained property for one or two people. I think it would feel crowded for any more. The hosts even bought a new TV when i couldn't watch the Olympics on the old one. The games room was great but if I hadn't known the people in the cottage next door, I don't know how i would have gained access. It was a lovely peaceful stay with everything I needed and very kind, helpful hosts. "

"Was a lovely snug cottage. Great for local walks to Ilfracombe. We have a very well behaved dog and pubs where dog friendly and some of the cafes too . We really enjoyed the environment .Would definitely love to stay again will not forget bath towels ! Was lovely to get away the garage with electric door was great "

"Property tired but very clean. Great site, we made use of a smashing pool and the bar/ entertainment area which served excellent food. Close to Ilfracombe, lovely beaches and tourist atractions. Large Tesco 5-10 mins walk up the road was very convenient."
