"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. "Great location away from the usual Tokyo central locations. Excellent location next to the local station for getting around. Being that little bit further out, rooms were bigger. Usual Tokyustay great amenities. The in room washer/drier walkways so very welcome and helps keep packing light.. "

"Stylish (European) boutique hotel in an affluent neighbourhood. Just 2 minutes walk north of train station. Sizeable room and bathroom. Great service. Loads of restaurants, shops, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. A great area to explore on foot and enjoy. And very reasonably priced too!"

"The owners were so enjoyable, they only spoke broken English but we were able to converse. The facility is a traditional Japanese inn, so sitting in the floor and sleeping on futon. Suggest using two futon if you are not so l used to sleeping in the floor. The air conditioning was great cause it was hot outside. Really close walk to Don Quijote and many shops, markets and food, 6 minute walk. Musashi Koganei station and area around have so much, Muji, Daiso, H&M.. Easy train ride into...

"The apartment style hotel was comfortable for our family of four on vacation. The rooms and property were clean. The location is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and a train station. It is a great jumping off spot to see Tokyo."

"Very clean and convenient location close to the Yurigaoka train station, supermarkets, Seven Eleven and multiple restaurants, Bars, fast food and also a Karaoke. There’s also a very friendly and very affordable rent a car shop just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The Hotel staff are very nice, professional and friendly. Our stay was great! Felt like family. "

"We try to stay here whenever we are in this part of town, mainly because of the real onsen that they have. Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations. "

"We had an absolutely perfect time here. Each unit was very well equipped with everything you need for a short term stay; also clean and comfortable. The property manager provided excellent service and was incredibly helpful in a pinch. The check in and check out process was easy. Easy walk to station, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely be returning here again. Highly recommend!"
