Inside, you'll find a comfortable space to make yourself at home. The cabin features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private door to the deck. Additionally the second bedroom features a trundle bunk bed (one full and 2 twin beds). Whether you're traveling with family or friends, there's plenty of room for everyone to rest and recharge.

With easy access to skiing, hiking, biking, and more, this mountain retreat is an outdoor enthusiast's dream. Close to the Saint Mary's Glacier trailhead, you can embark on scenic hikes, explore alpine lakes, and traverse 4-wheel drive roads that lead to hidden gems in the Rockies.

If you're looking to explore beyond the mountains, Idaho Springs is a short 20-minute drive downhill. ***Important*** Our cabin is located at 10,000 feet. 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are a must in winter and rough weather conditions, to access the property safely. (It can snow from September to May so please anticipate snow/ice melt on the property late fall to almost the start of summer) We cannot be held responsible for vehicles getting stuck or facing difficulties reaching the cabin. There are 4 switchbacks up the mountain. Take it easy on your first few drives and before you know it, you will be a total mountain pro. Thank you for your understanding!
*As of April 2025 there will no longer be a fire pit due to a county wide ban on outdoor fires for short term rentals.

Comfortable, well outfitted, especially the kitchen. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! Hot tub was wonderful on snowy evenings. One of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed in.

Amazing mountain getaway

We just stayed at this property for a long weekend and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including children’s toys and dishes. It had a nice little deck with comfy chairs and the amazing hot-tub, which we all enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable. Natalie and her team were amazing to work with. She was so responsive and willing to help with any issues. We were also welcomed by our moose every morning. I would highly recommend for a nice mountain getaway.

Moose Landing

Natalie was easy to deal with on the VRBO App and responded promptly when ever I messaged her. The cabin was very nice, and we got away for the weekend from our everyday routine. The cabin is about a mile from the trailhead of Saint Mary's glacier. Saw a moose at the next door neighbors all three day. All in all very good trip.

What a great place! Every detail of the cabin was amazing! Cozy, comfortable, clean. You get to live the real retreat in the woods, surrounded by trees, mountains and lots of snow, which is perfect for being in the hot tub. The host were always attentive and we have great communication. I'll be back to this cabin without any doubt.
