Did you know this house has a twin? Check out our Shelley Tiny House located 5 miles south of Idaho Falls in the little town of Shelley.

Welcome to The Idaho Falls Tiny House! At only 450 square feet, you’ll still enjoy all the luxuries of a full-sized home without sacrificing comfort. This newly constructed house is perfect for up to 5 guests. Near the heart of beautiful Idaho Falls, this one-bedroom tiny home is close to local restaurants, the Mountain America Event Center, the waterfall on the Snake River, and several recreational activities. If your plans include visiting Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Island Park, Heise Hot Springs, or Lava Hot Springs, we are close enough for a day trip.

THE SPACE
Nestled within a quiet cul de sac, this home is tiny but mighty! As you enter the front door, the small living room is furnished with a couch facing a 42” flatscreen TV to relax and enjoy time with family or friends. The kitchen is nearby with a small dining table, bench, and chairs. The one bathroom is just off the kitchen with a full bath and vanity. The stairs near the front entrance lead to a queen bed to the right, which faces a 42” flatscreen TV. There are two twin beds to the left and a small sleeping nook above the stairs that we call the “dog house”. Please keep in mind it’s a tiny house. While the house sits on it’s own city lot, the interior space is small. If space and privacy are important to you, this may not be the best fit.

The only thing that we couldn’t fit into our tiny house is a dishwasher.

AMENITIES
Window unit air conditioners, silverware, stock pot, glasses, plates, bowls, mini casserole pan, tiny cookie sheet, kitchen knives, cutting board, serving spoons, manual can opener, kitchen utensils, measuring cups, mugs, coffee pot, mini toaster and mini waffle maker. Kitchen towels, dishcloths, hair blow dryer, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and small bath soap. Oh, and did we mention that we just added a hot tub to the back patio?

If WIFI is important to you, this is the place you want to stay. The tiny house is equipped with Fiber internet with super-fast speeds.

GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have access to the entire home including a back patio. The garage is for storage and host use only. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the tiny home is equipped with a doorbell camera. The one camera is only on the exterior and there are no cameras on the inside of the house.

This was better and less expensive than a hotel and we had privacy plus private hot tub. This will be our home when we come to town. Rusty was awesome. Accomodated us. Ad fast reply to texts.

Cute home in a nice and quiet neighborhood, yet central to everything in Idaho Falls. Although tiny, the home had a well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable sleeping space.

Our family of four (two adults, a 13-year-old, and an infant) greatly enjoyed our stay! We stayed for three nights, and although the house is tiny, it was plenty of room for us. A pack and play fits perfectly at the foot of the largest bed. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Everything was perfect! A cute tiny home with all of the amenities and more. Very clean and so quiet. We were in town to visit a friend that was in the hospital. Perfect location that was just 4 minutes from the hospital. We will come back and would highly recommend to others. Thank you!

We came into Idaho Falls for a soccer tournament. The house was close to the fields and to downtown and very convenient. It was spotless when we arrived and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our kids loved the hot tub and the loft. We loved all of the nice added touches — the heated floors, the heated bathroom mirror, etc. When we left, our daughter said “this is the best place we’ve ever stayed!” Couldn’t have been happier.

The tiny house had everything we needed for our stay in Idaho Falls. It was very clean, warm and well stocked. We were able to cook meals and I can’t think of anything we needed but didn’t have. The tiny house is layed out in a way that feels spacious and it’s so nice! The location was perfect for where’re we needed to go in Idaho falls although we were here for a conference so we didn’t explore the town much.

What a cute property! Check-in was so simple, the house was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here for a little staycation, and are so glad we did. I cannot recommend this tiny home enough!
