"Room was clean, AC did not work at all first night. When we let the front desk know the response was “if it doesn’t work in that room open a window”. They refused to switch us rooms even though we were there multiple nights. "

The place needs some inexpensive upgrades and its amazing what a difference a deep clean would make. sit on the toilet and you see the filth. i recommend a new cleaning service and inspections before guest arrivals. the ONLY thing i felt comfortable using were the towels. the bed sheets were clean but the coverlet and summer blanket had bleach stains (ihope) and...

"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, I waited for 15 minutes, had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the desk. The lobby smelled terrible, hotel is dated, breakfast area had only packaged muffins and snack bars. Coffee was empty , had to ask for coffee to be made. We were there just for an overnight, you get what you pay for!"
