"The description for this hotel indicated that the room was big enough for 4 people but when we arrived we were surprised to know that only two people were allowed per room. They did not have any rooms available. So at 10pm at night we were looking for another room nearby. Additionally when we were doing laundry, a Karen went to ask a staff member to remove our wet laundry from the dryer because she wanted to use it which they complied to. It made me angry that they would let her bully them...

Shuttle to Disney wonderful and easy, but please try to reserve ahead; it is very limited with seating and only runs 3 times in the morning and 2 times at night. Rooms are super tiny. Of course, the rooms are probably all the same size, but we had 3 beds in ours, so NO room to put luggage etc. We managed, but be aware."

"Amazing hotel and very convenient to goto Disneyland sea and resort. Just keep in mind the bus station that takes you to Disneyland will be packed but it gets you there and back pretty close to the hotel. The room was good the only thing are the pillows they are incredibly flat. The breakfast isn’t really breakfast like traditional American breakfast but it beats buying food."

"This is hands down the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The female only dormitory is huge and there is so much space in each bunk space. The female shower room is so spacious and clean. Plus they have shampoo and body wash in each stall. There is space to sit down and do your makeup and hairdryers are at the same station."
