"The worst ever experience thst I had in my business travel. The hitek was totally different from what I saw in the Hotels.com - not managed well, the facilities were just functioning not clean, the carpet was so dirty and stinky, and I couldn't sleep at all on my first night due to noise from other rooms. It shouldn't be recommended and should be dropped out of Hotels.com. I wonder if Hotels.com ever does regulat check on its partners."
