The apartment, fully air-conditioned, consists of two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a warm living room with a large cocooning sofa and 65-inch smart TV, as well as a convivial dining area that can accommodate 8 people. The living room opens onto a quiet terrace equipped with a deckchair and a dining area. You can enjoy the sun in the morning for breakfast, while at lunchtime the terrace changes pleasantly to the shade, which allows you to eat outside while staying cool. It overlooks the side of the residence's garden, offering a particularly peaceful environment, away from the nuisance and noise of the residence's swimming pool.

The fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home: large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Air Fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to cook comfortably. It also gives access to the terrace.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

The accommodations are ideally designed for 4 people. For an extra bed, an extra person can sleep on the large sofa in the living room (not convertible but spacious), and an inflatable mattress is also available to accommodate a 5th person from time to time.
