I even showed them proof in my credit card statements that I already had made the payment. They promised me that they would look into this and keep the duplicate charge on hold. "This is a great budget hotel . It is new and clean and it is very close to MRT { metro } station and generally has great location . There are restaurants and some shops around . My single room was small but it was ok . You have everything you need in the room . There is a kitchen , dinning area on the 1st floor and it is great , clean and spacious . The reception desk is very helpful and nice ! I highly recommend this hotel ! I stayed there for 8 nights and it was great . "

"Absolutely horrendous beddings, bathroom, and air conditioning. For a 5 stars hotel I expect a whole lot better. I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "

"Our family of 4 stayed in a suite for 4 nights, the room is very big and nice. Kids love it, of course the price is there. Two things I don’t like, the shower room door bottom leaking . And at last day we found a cockroach near the door, that’s ready disgusting."

"This hotel is an oasis of style, quiet and comfort in the Kowloon area. Within a 5 minute walk of the A21/ A22 bus to the airport and in the midst of a bustling area full of food/ shopping etc. The room was absoluteky beautiful with a comfy bed, great temp control, and an original bathroom/ shower/ toilet room setup- areas could be separated out and there was a large sliding door to isolate the sleeping area from the bathroom area. Really calming, lovely decor as well in room and in restaurant...
