The pool was down which was a huge bummer since we paid for a room that we had already felt was overpriced in hopes to take our son swimming and was not able to. "To be honest I never leave reviews, but this was probably the grossest hotel/room that I have stayed in as an adult. My son was playing in a baseball tournament and we missed out on staying with the team since that hotel was sold out, we booked this one since it was right next door. There is absolutely a reason that one was sold out and one literally looked abandoned. The hotel smells gross, a combination of smoky/old/stale. "All was excellent except the Pool. Closed many times due to MAINTENANCE. Staff very friendly about " they are checking the chemicals" My suggestion is if your pool maintenance staff can't get in til 9 then change pool hours to 10. Then there is no expectation that it opens at 9"

"It was just ok. Considering the price its fine. The room was not as clean as expected with the good reviews I read on here. There was visible dirt and grime in all of the corners and even a pretzel on the floor. Our room was filled with the smell of pot at one point in the night. Walls were thin. Receptionist tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid thru Expedia. One positive is that the bed was comfortable.
