Pack in the fun but have enough space to spread out! With 7 comfortable bedrooms and lots of flexible sleeping space, Color House has the room to bring everyone together. Come enjoy gathering spaces with comfortable seating, dining seats for every guest, two game rooms with shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, two arcades, skee-ball, double shot, xBox, and playstation 5. Most bedrooms have a deck or patio for extra relaxation. Take in the views and have a good conversation with your favorite people and your favorite beverage as you watch the sun set. Bring the fun outside to the large pool with play space for basketball and other pool games, giving way to a deep end with a slide, a jumping platform and waterfall. Practice putting on the 5-hole putting green or swim laps with the laplane. Enjoy the shade of the large poolside pergola and ample outdoor seating and dining space. Whip up a big meal for everyone--whether outside at the large, 20-burger Weber grill or Blackstone griddle, or inside the kitchen where three fridges, two ovens, dishwashers, and sinks make meal prep and cleanup a breeze. Cool down everyone's cups with an in-counter ice maker, as well as two freezer ice makers. If you decide to leave the house, Sand Hollow Reservoir and State Park is just five minutes down the road. We have 2 stand-up paddle boards and 4 adult life jackets (as well as 2 child-sized life vests) for your use. We've also provided Cross Net, Kan Jam, and Spike Ball which you're welcome to set up at any of the many grassy park areas near Color House in the neighborhood. Or take the competition to the neighborhood pickle ball courts (equipment provided). Take a short walk to the clubhouse, where you'll find a large pool and lap pool, splash pad, fitness center, and hot tub. Bring your toys and trailers; the resort complex offers plenty of overflow parking for large vehicles just a short walk from Color House. After a full day playing in the cool water of Sand Hollow or Quail Creek, cruising the sand dunes, exploring Zion National park (just 40 minutes away), or golfing, biking, hiking, come home to Color House for a relaxing evening. Take a swim, soak in the hot tub, crank up the firepit, play some music on the outdoor speakers, and share stories of the day.
Please note: While the pool is open all year, the cost to heat the pool is not included in the nightly rate. You're always welcome to use the pool, but if you would like it heated, there will be an be an additional cost of $125/day. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. When heated, the pool is set to 85F, but there may be some minor fluctuation in that temperature due to outside conditions. Please be advised that to prevent pipes from freezing, water to the slide and waterfall is turned off during the winter season (November-February).
House Rules
No Smoking, vaping inside or outside anywhere on the property ($1000 fine)
No pets, including emotional support animals ($1000 fine)
Remove shoes inside the home
Please do not sit on furniture with wet clothes or towels
Pool/outside quiet hours: 8am-10pm
Keep outdoor speaker volume at a neighbor-friendly level

Pool Rules
Before opening, remove cover pump from pool cover and set aside (keep everything connected)
VERY IMPORTANT: Open cover before pushing any buttons to turn on waterfall/slide. Flooding the cover will result in very high fees.
Replace cover pump when pool cover is closed (keep cover closed when pool is not in use). Never open cover if it has a lot of water from rain, etc. Let the cover pump clear it before removing cover pump and opening pool.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times
No glass in pool area
No diving
