Casa Rio is a truly exciting vacation home experience. Go ahead - put your family where the fun is! Located close to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, and world class golf courses - there's fun for everyone. St. George's best kept secret, Casa Rio, is a spacious greater St George area home. Multiple family gathering areas, a private pool, and a relaxing hot tub will make your Southern Utah vacation the best ever! Located near Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek reservoir, you have your choice of where to enjoy boating, a day at the beach, or fisherman's luck. Owner just expanded the pool deck - big and better for catching rays and enjoying an outdoor BBQ pool party! The Dunes are right here, too, so bring your ATV's, bikes, or side-by-sides to explore the sand hills and valleys or the OHV trails of Warner Valley. Take some time out to visit the historic old ruins of Ft. Pierce - an old military outpost used during the Blackhawk Wars in the 1800's. This property is nearly perfectly centrally located just a 30 minute drive to Zion, a 15 minute drive to St George, and grocery stores and restaurants conveniently situated 5-10 minutes away. Golf is always an option at either nearby Sand Hollow or Sky Mountain courses. (Why not try both?)

Nighttime provides amazing stargazing opportunities. In the summer months, enjoy nature's light show. Count shooting stars as they streak across the velvety western night sky in a blaze of light.

BEDROOMS:

Master - King - Sleeps 1-2 persons The Master suite has its own TV, a private ensuite bath with a garden tub and a over-sided walk-in shower.

Guest Room 1 - Queen - Sleeps 1-2 This main room with views to the front of the home shares a full bath, including tub/shower combo, with guest room 2.

Guest Room 2 - Queen - Sleeps 1-2 A twin to Guest room one, with the same desirable amenities. Other features of the main level include a powder bath off the great room, a full-sized laundry room and kitchen off the comfortable great room. This level of the home accesses the backyard, where you can enjoy a covered patio, expansive outdoor dining area, and the beautifully refreshing pool and hot tub, which feature full safety covers for your peace of mind.

Upstairs:

Guest Room 3 - Queen - Sleeps 1-2 Located at the top of the stairs just off the loft, this guest room shares a full bath, including a tub/shower combo, with guest room 4. Views to the back yard overlook the pool, with the dunes of Sand Hollow rolling off into the distance. This room also has a play cave, where kids can be kids.

Guest Room 4 - Queen - Sleeps 1-2 Located on the second level stair top just off the loft, this pleasant guest room shares a full bath with guest room 4. Occupants enjoy views of the majestic Pine Valley Mountain Range out front windows. A private balcony makes stepping outside even more of an adventure, or a secluded spot to watch the sunrise, daydream, lose yourself in a good book, or gaze out over the landscape in search of your true love.

Other features in the upstairs area include an open loft area (soon to have a gaming table) and an upstairs playroom with TV and Wii Game system Escape Properties is available for guests during your stay. We are a resource for local information as well as concerns at the property. We try not to get in your way while you enjoy St George.

TVs: 55” UHD 4K television with built-in Roku in the living room. 50” UHD 4K television with built-in Chromecast in the bunk room. Also includes a Wii U gaming system. 43” UHD 4K Smart TV in master bedroom. (All three TV's have Blu-ray players)

*** IMPORTANT POOL HEATING INFORMATION ***

The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. Heat requests for the pool must have been made 48 hours in advance to your check-in.

We do not heat the pool during the months of May-September. The cost to heat the POOL from October-November is $100 per night, from December-February is $150 per night and from March-April is $100 per night. We set the system to heat to 80 degrees. However, the actual temperature may vary due to air and ground temperatures and is not guaranteed.

Once the pool heat is turned on, you will be charged for the entire duration of your stay.

We offer FREE heating for our hot tub, but please keep in mind that the swimming pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. If you pay to heat the pool and switch the heat from the pool to the spa, please make sure to switch the heat back to the pool so it stays warm. Additionally, we cannot heat the pool and hot tub if the outside temperature has dropped below freezing (32 degrees) at any point during your stay.

The hot tub is not heated on demand and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Please plan accordingly and allow time for the hot tub to heat up.

We monitor the temperature of the pool remotely and if we notice the pool heat is set to anything over 80 degrees, you will be charged an additional $200 per night if it is heated past 80.

​​​​​​​Finally, we kindly ask that you do not alter or modify our pool schedules as they are set for specific reasons. Any changes made to these schedules will result in a $100 fee to cover the cost of reprogramming the pool systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly.

- Parking: This home allows up to 5 cars. There is space for ATV/Boat trailers. There is no street parking allowed - Hurricane City ordinance restricts vacation guests parking on its city streets. All Guest vehicles, trailers, etc. must be parked in garage or in the driveway. We reserve the right to charge $500 per infraction and/or eviction from the property.

- Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. During this time, guests are required to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment within the rental property and its surroundings. Failure to comply can result in eviction from the property without a refund.
