Freshly renovated-the Athens Executive-perfect for short and extended stay alike. Conveniently located just 2 minutes from I-72 and 5 minutes from I-65. **Extra measures to deep clean and disinfect between guests. In addition to washing all linens and bedding, INCLUDING duvet covers between every guests' stay so that you can have the peace of mind knowing there's nothing between you and the sheets, covers, etc.

We lovingly renovated this home in 2022 and this single story home features brand new tasteful yet comfortable furnishings and bedding, as well as designer light fixtures, artwork, and decor. We take great pride in providing an upscale, thoughtfully designed space for our guests for maximum comfort.

The dining room has a dining table and chairs that comfortably seats 6. Enjoy the designer touches throughout the house, that brings the outdoors in in an elegant sophisticated mid-century modern style. High tech work station- the height is fully adjustable and it is equipped with built-in plug-ins for your USB cables and a built-in wireless charger! Enjoy all of your binge-worthy programs on the 55” Roku Smart TVs.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with a plush memory foam mattress, luxurious bedding that will make it easy to want to linger a little longer and hit your snooze button. There is a Roku TV to entice you to stay tucked in even longer. Attached is a brightly lit full bathroom. We’ve provided a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plush towels, so no need to over-pack! Complete with a walk in closet, luggage rack.

The second bedroom comes complete with a queen bed and memory foam mattress with luxurious bedding, ample closet space, luggage rack and large dresser. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

The third bedroom features a full sized bed and a twin, each with a memory foam mattress and luxurious bedding and dimmable lamp with USB and plug options on the lamp. Luxurious bedding, ample closet space, luggage rack.

The sparkling kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, blender, tea kettle and more to whip up a gourmet meal. Gleaming granite countertops, with a cozy breakfast nook, and separate room with an oversized washer and dryer.

Our home is perfect for families, visiting nurses, executives coming in for work at NASA, Athens State University, Redstone Arsenal, Toyota, the FBI, and more. It’s also a perfect temporary home for families relocating to the area while looking for a permanent home or for family gatherings and vacations, traveling executives, girlfriends’/guys’ trips or anyone looking for a very well-appointed place to stay with all of the conveniences of home located on a quiet well-established street and neighborhood.

Best home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was super nice and clean. They had anything there you wanted and the extra touches of snacks, etc made us feel welcome. Great neighborhood. Easy access to town and Huntsville. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!

Perfect for Business Trip

This house was perfect for a 2 week business trip in Athens. Spacious and well equipped with everything to make it feel like home. Sydney was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

The best thing about this house is everything! Great communication from the hosts who went above and beyond to return a piece of jewelry i left! Beautiful home curated with touches of comfort - leather couch, fine linens, beautiful tableware, and designer decor. Perfect for a family trip, a girls getaway, or a multi family gathering. Plenty of parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood, 2 miles from all your shopping needs. Would definitely stay here again!

One of our best stays in the Athens area.

Perfectly perfect house

I have done a lot of VRBO rentals and this house was the cleanest!!! Everything was perfection… comfy beds, beautifully stocked kitchen with spices, fresh coffee grounds, creamer and sweetener.. again, the cleanest kitchen, refrigerator, drawers, etc. In the bathrooms there are plenty of soft towels, full-size body wash, shampoo and conditioner… even special makeup remover wash cloths.The living room furniture was very comfortable. I loved this house and I will rent this place again!!

Clean and comfortable

My friend and I stayed with her 2yo son. The house was very clean. There are plenty of towels and linens. There was even a friendly note and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors and the yard was nice for the little guy to run around.
