Relax with the whole family at this extremely peaceful property. Play corn hole, have a campfire or just enjoy the days or nights on either the screened in porch or the open porch. You might catch some of the local wildlife coming through the yard if you’re lucky! Plenty of parking for boats! Within minutes of Raystown Lake and State game lands for hunting.

Serenity

Absolutely beautiful and cozy place to stay. It is tucked away from noise, but is within a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and stores. The house was perfect for our getaway to Raystown (about 15 minutes) and Delgrossos (about 35 minutes). The host was wonderful and checked in with us on VRBO. The fire pit is a perfect place to make s'mores and to play corn hole. Everything was neat and clean. If we come back to Raystown, we would absolutely stay here again.

Just what we were looking for

We needed a place to stay for a PSU event that was convenient to campus and affordable. Also, I was glad to NOT be in State College on a playoff weekend. This place was perfect for us: Absolutely immaculate, cozy warm, incredible host, and had everything we needed for a restful weekend. This would have been a great place to come to when our kids were younger, to let them toddle about outdoors, with plenty of room to spread out indoors. This was a perfectly homely house, to borrow a phrase from Tolkien, and we'd love to stay here again.

A place of reconnection

This was the perfect little get-away! I loved all the space and perfect even if it's raining. Fantastic for a group of friends or a family. The manager was so sweet and understanding. I will definitely save this for the future!

Delightful

We always get a different cabin every year from Friday to Monday for Friendscation. Due to circumstances, this year we only did Sunday to Monday. This has been one of the best cabins we stayed at!! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with plenty of space to hang out! We loved how well stocked this cabin was. The covered porches were great - plenty fo seating, some fun games. Looked like a nice yard space (it rained the whole stay, so didnt get to make a fire or anything). We put together a 500 piece puzzle and no pieces were missing!! We enjoyed how it was more secluded,but dtill had plenty of parking. It was also not too far from things to do. Would definitely consider booking again.

Cozy guesthouse

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The back yard is fairly private with a nice fire pit and picnic area. The home was well stocked, and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog. It was clean, and the host was responsive. It is also a short drive to the lake.

“Tranquil quietness” describes this property perfectly! Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Close proximity to the lake a bonus. Kara was great to work with. Wish I had booked it a few more days!

Near Shenecoy

This property was perfect for our stay. It is near Shenecoy Sportsman's Club, where my son was in a weekend competition. During our stay, it was easy to go between the competition and the house. The enclosed porch was perfect for relaxing and giving our dogs a place to hang out where we didn't have to worry about them running away.
