"The staff is great and very helpful. They really helped me when I forgot my camera bag in there shuttlebusfrom the airport. The room is very small it locked bigger on the photos.There is no suitcase rack or a place where you can open your suitcase. Only on the bed. No alarm clock , telephone or fridge. For me too minimalistic.The elevator only stops on your level with your key card. If you get out on the wrong level because someone enters and you think it's your level and get back..it beeps and...

"Wunderbar, dass das Zimmer einen kleinen Balkon hatte und der Blick in den grünen Wald ging. Die Straße war kaum zu hören. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, daß es während 3 Nächten Aufenthalt keinen Zimmerservice gab und die Qualität der Brötchen und des Brot hätte definitiv besser sein können. Es gab ansonsten sehr viel Auswahl am Buffet."

We visited for the weekend with our two year old daughter, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all our requests. We truly appreciated their hospitality.
