Getting Around Crescent Beach & Palmas del Mar, Humacao Here's what you need to know about transportation options:



• Walking: Many of Palmas del Mar's amenities are accessible via pleasant walks. Enjoy strolls along Crescent Beach, wander through the meticulously landscaped grounds, or take a leisurely walk to nearby restaurants and resort facilities within your immediate area.



• Public Transportation: Crescent has a reliable public transportation system that includes buses and the Tren Urbano (urban train). You can easily catch a bus to many areas of the city.



• Taxis and Ridesharing: Taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Humacao. This is a convenient option for getting around quickly, especially if you're traveling with luggage or heading to destinations further afield.



• Car Rentals: While a car isn't necessary for exploring Humacao, you might consider renting one if you plan on venturing outside the city. This gives you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace and discover hidden gems off the beaten path.



• Parking: If you do decide to rent a car, there are several parking options available near the apartment. Check for street parking or inquire about nearby parking garages. There is also a paid parking just right next to this building.



No matter how you choose to get around, exploring San Juan from your home base at Condado Lagoon is easy and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.



We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.



Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
