We had a wonderful stay at BV192. We especially enjoyed the split levels for the bedrooms - giving each couple privacy! The free laundry was a bonus for us.Perhaps, letting people know in advance about the visitor parking (V) would be good information since each couple had a vehicle; and only ONE spot per condo.

I've been staying in Palmas del Mar for four consecutive vacations.For my grandchildren's graduations and family vacations. We've always had very good experiences.But this time was the first time I booked with Vrbo, and the experience has been fabulous.Everything was clean and tidy, with tons of comfort.Internet, movies, all the appliances, including a washer and dryer, and a very high-quality kitchen.The maintenance of the property inside and out is excellent. One of the air conditioners in one of the rooms wasn't cooling properly. I decided to email Vrbo and let them know, and surprisingly, the technician came and it was fixed the same day immediately. As I said before, I contacted Vrbo in the morning, and it was fixed before noon.Not only is communication excellent, but service is also excellent.I contacted Vrbo for other services I wanted, andas I've said several times, the communication and response are excellent.I love their security and customer service.Thanks VRBO, I'll be back to book with you in a few months.

Lovely stay!

First time to Puerto Rico. Loved the island. Enjoyed the pool area. Quiet complex away from the bustle of San Juan. Nice accommodations for two couples. Each bedroom had a comfortable king size bed and full bathroom. Was nice to have coolers, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella available. We enjoyed making our own breakfast and eating out on the patio each morning. We had very specific expectations when we were looking for accommodations. The property was well described and met our needs perfectly. No complaints.

Very Nice Week

A very convenient location, inside Palmas del Mar and only steps to the pool or beach. Nice ocean views from one BR, and golf course view from the other. Owner responsive to issues, but did not address non-functioning microwave and icemaker in fridge. From a prior review, still lacks basic wine glasses. As others have noted Beach Village is an older area of PdM so a bit dated - but met all our needs. Note there are additional restrictions to be able to use tennis/pickleball courts as it is a separate club with membership rules restricting access to open play (and additional costs). Thanks - look forward to a return trip to PR down the road.

The place was very nice. It was just a few steps to the beach and the pool. Nice restaurant with bar on the property. Beautiful golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

Second Time Guests

The location is superb - price and availability led us back to this unit for a second year. We use the kitchen for most meals so our only complaint would be in the Kitchen. A decent set of cast iron or aluminum is pretty cheap - NON-worn-out-old-teflon pots and pans would be a HUGE plus! There is a lack of good, usable kitchen utensils; cheese grater, vegetable peeler and sharp usable kitchen knives would be a minimum - the cabinets lack knobs so it takes several days to memorize what side to grasp to open cabinet doors. The gas grill is on it's last legs, nice to have a full tank but it has issues. The washer / dryer doors open toward each other making laundry an exercise in yoga contortion in a tiny space, but they do work quite well. And please, once again we ask for wine glasses. Otherwise a wonderful 4-star stay - happy to be back and will return.

Shell Beach House - Garden Unit

I went to PR on a work trip. I was able to find this property at the last minute and I must say it was an incredible find. The property is located in a pristine gated community where you feel safe and relaxed at all times. The property was clean, spacious, fully equipped and located steps from the beach. Just an incredible experience. I will definitely rent this property again and will suggest to other to do the same.

January Getaway

Great location! Walk across street to a beach that seemed almost private, next to pool, on golf course, within easy walk to village area with marina, restaurants, small grocery, couple of shops. The condo was nice, plenty of space for 2 couples and well equipped kitchen and laundry. It was a relaxing, peaceful place to enjoy warm weather in January and easy to explore the island from. I would recommend this to others.

The unit is almost 50 years old (Beach Village is one of the first complexes built in Palmas, around 1974); the unit is close to the beach, the pool and Palmas main amenities. It is fully equipped, but cleanliness needs improvement.

Short Stay for Funeral

The property was the perfect location for our visit to PR. Although we were there for a family funeral, we were able to relax and destress. The view of the golf course and 3 minute walk to the beach was a plus. The apartment was spacious and the beds comfortable. Although we only made coffee, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook meals. Because I was a resort GM for six years, my only suggestions would be a little TLC (fresh paint) and in depth cleaning. Other than that, it was a very nice stay and Carlos was very accomodating when I requested a late checkout!

Good property

Parents and I went for a funeral and needed to stay somewhere close to my town found this place and the whole process was easy go to community. Everyone was nice easy checking in and checking out place was clean and super close to the beach will definitely come back with my family for vacation.
