Welcome to our absolutely amazing vacation escape! Located 50 minutes away from San Juan International Airport(SJU) in a quiet fishing village on the eastern part of Puerto Rico, with a beachfront location, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the spacious modern house provides plenty of space and comfort for a group or family. The large balconies, rooftop decks, BBQ area, and bar offer fantastic opportunities to enjoy the beautiful scenery, soak up the sun, and have meals outdoors.
Despite its secluded location, our house is conveniently close to essential amenities. Just a block away, you can find a supermarket, gas station, bars, and restaurants, providing you with the convenience you need during your stay.
The unspoiled, natural beach with warm and inviting Caribbean waters adds to the allure of this vacation spot. Whether you're seeking natural beauty, privacy, or the convenience of nearby amenities, this beachfront house has it all.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Me and my best friend each brought our two teenage kids to stay for a week! The layout and space is incredible. The view off the deck is amazing. We Bbq’d a couple of nights out back and the kids had a blast in the courtyard. The host is the best and will help out with anything needed.

Great house with fantastic views. We enjoyed relaxing and walking right into the ocean for a swim, hiking in the rainforest and night kayaking in the bioluminescent bay. Wonderful family holiday!

Perfect for our family group of 10

Check in was super easy. Kitchens stocked well with dishes and utensils. This property is 2 identical units that worked great for our two family groups with 5 members in each group. Owner was quick to respond to questions, clarifications, and any issues. Ocean views were great!

Gorgeous coastal view

Very modern and updated living areas, great amenities and a stunning view! We stayed for my mother’s 60th and had 8 adults and 2 kids under 3. The house and views are great, there’s a market in walking distance with all your essential needs and great food nearby! Lenny was a fantastic host and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. We were greeted with a great welcome basket to really kick off our stay the right way!Note to parents with littles, it’s not the most toddler friendly inside but it’s doable when traveling with a group so someone can have eyes on the kids at all times. However, the outside being completely gated in is extremely toddler friendly!Overall, we loved the house and would stay there again! Highly recommend!

The property was incredible! We were after a place on the water, quiet and away from San Juan but still able to visit the city, close to Fahardo because of the bioluminescent kayak trips, and near rainforest. All boxes checked! House was imacculate. Water toys, including the chair we could anchor perfect. Walking distance to local haunts. Beach quiet.

Excellent vacation spot!

This was our family’s first time in Puerto Rico and we enjoyed every minute! Our family really enjoyed the property, especially the beautiful secluded beach front! It was like having our own private beach. The property was close to town for food and shopping. Although the property was a 40-50 minute drive to attractions like the rain forest and San Juan, we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. The restaurants close by the house had amazing food and wonderful service! The house was clean and just as beautiful as in the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely stay again!
