Winter Wonderland Getaway. Whole home with private entrance, yard, parking.

This home, built by the predecessor owner in 1972, is very close to the River, although you cannot see it through the trees. It is situated on a dead-end road in the rural countryside a few miles South of Prescott.

The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of room to move about, but also cozy enough to light a fire, curl up to watch a movie, or enjoy a quiet family dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. On the patio, you’ll find a bonfire pit and grill for cooking out.

There is enough seclusion that, even in winter, when the trees have dropped their leaves, it is difficult to see any neighboring houses.

The town of Prescott is only a six-minute drive away with several restaurants, bars, coffeeshop and grocery store . Enjoy beautiful sunset along the river, easy access public boat ramp, bike and snowmobile trails throughout. 20 minutes drive to Afton Alps. 15 minutes to wineries and apple orchards. 35 minutes to Treasure Island.

*There are 3 security cameras on the premises by the front entrance, parking area, and patio door.

We enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines in Prescott, WI. The house is lovely and has a lot of space to spread out in. Our hosts were appropriately attentive. Lovely town and a great venue for a visit!

A lovely, comfortable well- equipped home in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for week long stay for our family with adult children and one grandchild. Private lush yard fragrant lilac shrub and nice azaleas in bloom. Pergola and patio with table and chairs for grilling. Game room! Foosball and console vintage video games were great!Communication with hosts was excellent

Property is clean and has everything you need for weekend with friends. We loved that the kitchen had so many additional appliances than you normally see at a VRBO. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Placed in a really nice & quiet neighborhood. We went to the nearby (6 minutes away) Freedom Park to see the Mississippi River and watch the sunset - gorgeous!The house is cozy, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, kitchen stuff, comfy beds, tons of towels and really great appliances! Also, I had a quick question for the hosts and they were very helpful and responsive. Their house info is also very organized and clear.I can definitely recommend!

Great house, we could not have asked for better accommodations. Everything we needed was right there parking was easy with the game room as an extra bedroom gave our son and his girlfriend privacy. It didn’t feel like there were actually six of us staying there. Love the grounds and all of the wildlife would definitely recommend this and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Rachelle

The property was exactly as posted. No surprises. Very clean and spacious. We had 3 adult couples for the stay, and we were all very comfortable. High end appliances, and anything we needed, we found. Beds were very comfortable. The towels were insanely soft and wonderful. Grill and firepit outside with a private backyard and nice patio set was loved by us all. Owner sent maps and instructions which made finding the house easy. Check-in was also easy. We stayed here because it was close to River Falls for a competition 1 of us was a part of. About 15 minutes to River Falls. Loved Prescott too! If in the area we would definitely rent again. This house is lovely!

We loved the location of the property. Unfortunately, the landscaping could use some care. The weeds are out of control and the overgrowth needs to be cut back. House could use some updates. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the extras, like coffee, spices, wood and charcoal. The Lambrecht's . Overall

Everything was very clean and communication with the property manager was timely. Space was as described and worked well for our fluctuating group of 6-8. We were in and out with the rehearsal dinner and wedding, so we did not get to enjoy much of the outside space but loved watching the rabbits, chipmunks and birds.

Spacious home in the woods. Comfortable sleeping for all 8 of us. Great walks in the area. Too cold to enjoy outdoor areas but you could tell there were many gardens on the property. Beautiful drive from Mpls. Fun shopping in Hudson and Stockholm.
