New-build with hot tub near Stockholm

Perched high in Ådran, 25 minutes from downtown Stockholm, lies this newly built house with an attached guesthouse. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and features several outdoor seating areas and an open-air hot tub. Cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included in the stay.



The house is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The guesthouse provides your group with extra space and the option to split up. A TV is available for evenings when you want to relax indoors.



Lake Ådran is located 250 meters from the house and features three swimming spots, sandy beaches, docks, and floating docks. The area is also ideal for fishing, and bus 709 from Ådran connects you to Huddinge Station, from where you can take the commuter train to downtown Stockholm in about 15 minutes.



Paradiset and the Orlången Nature Reserve offer hiking trails, lakes, and picnic areas. Tornberget, the highest natural point in Stockholm County, offers panoramic views. In downtown Huddinge, 10 minutes away, you’ll find grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants such as Casa Buongiorno and Sundby Gård by the lake.
