The staff was welcoming, helpful when we needed to prolong our stay, and thoughtful with handwritten notes. They are across from Harry's Hof Brau, which was a great place for dinner. "STAY AWAY! We were given a room with used and dirty bed sheets. There was a bunch of hair on the bedsheets and it looked like they didn’t bother changing them from the previous person who stayed there. They refused to provide a clean comforter.
