"Everything is great about the hotel except the location. It’s kind of far from everything. You have use transportation everywhere nothing walkable. The breakfast is hit and miss. The laundry is a plus with the hot weather."

I met Henk, Jonathan on two different days and they both ensured I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The rejuvenating massages and spa were well to come back for! How can I forget the sumptuous breakfast! I had smoked mackerel and a squid dish every day of my stay. This is a real 5 star hotel in the Betou!"

"My whole family stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The room was clean and the hot spring was so relaxing. The staffs were so nice and welcoming. Andy Lin the supervisor of the hotel took us to the town and back to the hotel every day. Amy the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The cook was very nice. Thank you very much."

"Nice mix of outdoor pools of varying temps plus a colder pool which was refreshing. Staff all super heloful. Breakfast buffet excellent mix of western and Asian foods plus nice salad bar. Nice room with in-room tub. Only negative was it was $800 extra per day to access large outdoor swimming pool and fitness center and spa which was annoying. Nicer views vs many hotels since it higher up the hill. Very walkable close to hot springs valley area and attractions along the river."
