"We loved our trip to Iceland, the stay at Kerbyggd really was the icing on the cake. Exceptionally clean, modern houses with everything you need for a self catering stay. Jumping in the hot tub whilst surrounded by snow was a big highlight, we even saw the northen lights out front too. And whilst we were there at the end of October and had a fair amount of snowfall the houses were super warm and well insulated. "This unique building has very high quality furniture, bedding, and towels. Even robes are provided. The hot tub in the back yard is a highlight. Lots of windows let in the epic Icelandic landscape. When the wind pics up you feel cozy and comfortable with every convenience. There is a full sized washer AND dryer (great for families). The gas station is a 10 minute walk away and has all the basic groceries you need along with a small diner. If you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar – es sind keinerlei Wünsche offengeblieben. (es war schon der zweite). "Our first night in Iceland was very enjoyable, staying at this lovely cabin. It was warm and cosy with welcoming fairy lights, a kind welcome gift and a comfortable sofa bed. "Glamping experience with nice amenities all around and a really unique lounge area in the barn. The main area is a large building and has multiple bathrooms and showers. The facilities and kitchen were a little tight for the amount of people when full, but ultimately worked out fine. The big surprise was the barn lounge area. I definitely recommend spending some time in what is a really cool and unique underground area. Overall, was a comfortable and fun stay."

"This was a great place to stay. We had our family, 10 of us, and we all enjoyed ourselves. Out of 5 places we stayed this was the kids favorite. Plenty of room and great hot tub. We found everything that we needed for our stay from all kitchen items to fans. I am a very picky sleeper. Normally on vacation I don't sleep well and usually can't wait to get in my own bed.
