"It is an older motel that has a lot of updates that have been done by a knowledgeable contractor. This is a clean place to spend a couple of nights at a low cost which was exactly what I wanted. If you want something fancy with a lot of amenities this is not a place to consider. This is an older area but I never felt threatened. "

"Beach was viewable out a small portion of the window. Room was clean and bug free.. had dishes with 1 (burner) hot plate and the small refrigerator needs replaced, doesnt keep food or drinks cold. Needs to stock with more toiletries for a week for 4 people. Overall very nice and owners was pleasant to text with.."

"I loved my stay here! It is a perfect small condo type unit with a kitchenette. Perfect area to be very close to the boardwalk, but not in the center of all the tourist spots. Shops, and restaurants were maybe 5 min drive away at the most! Only walk across the parking lot distance to the beach! 10 minute walk down the beach to the pier! "
