  • Relax with the whole family! It's perfect for a small group or family. This peaceful home is at waterfront, close to Katy Mills Mall, Typhoon Texas Water Park, Costco, and surrounded by restaurants, shopping center. Easy access to I-10, Grand Parkway (99) and energy corridor.

    The entire property has no one but you and your family.. The rate covers the 2 bedrooms, and all amenities listed, up to 8 guests per night. The master bedroom suite and airbed are available, if more than 4 Adults, with additional fee charged.

    Enjoy your peaceful stay at this waterfront view home in Katy. The lovely space features a cozy king bed, one queen bed, and a airbed. Another king bed is in master bedroom. Totally with 2.5 bathrooms, including two with relaxing bathtub, guests have plenty of room to unwind. The house stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Simple touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience to your visit. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this brilliant home offers a wonderful base for your getaway. Fall in love with Katy and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Details are following.

    The 3 rooms have beautiful landscaping and your 2 bedrooms are facing lake view. Each room has its own walk-in closet, a table and a chair and includes all necessary linens and bedding stuff for your comfortable stay. specifically, the master bedroom suite has its own TV set and all the amenities would provide you a comfortable stay.

    There is an office as workspace as well. It is located downstairs with a table for three 30-inches monitors, and a leather office chair, a surge protection plugin ready panel for your daily work. The office is surrounded by 4 large windows which let you oversee the beautiful front garden while you are working.

    Laundry room is equipped with Samsung Washing Machine and Dryer, all front load capabilities, no washing detergent is provided.

    Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and utilities as a family may expect, such as, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, hot water boiler, coffee maker. It has coffee set and wine set for your convenience as well.

    Of course, you will find a outdoor kitchen sitting in the backyard for your BBQ grill and your fun…

This was our second stay at this property. Nice quiet location with access to neighborhood walk spaces for our dog. Convenient to most Katy locations. Frank is an excellent responsive host.

Nice and convenient

We spent a week in Katy seeing friends. This home was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood as well as convenient to get around the area. Walking trail around the nearby lake was great for taking our dog out for a little exercise.

Wonderful Home

We go to Katy to spend time with our Grandson, and this home is so nice it's beginning to feel like our second home. The host is so gracious and easy to work with, I wish all property owners were like Frank. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

A perfect home away from home

Our stay was really wonderful. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well equipped and we attended our family functions well rested. The house is close to all of the amenities Katy has to offer. Frank was very kind and responsive.

Clean and convenient

The house is just as pictured! We had a perfect stay for our family of three and a dog. The amenities were perfect and the communication from our host, Frank, was clear and easy. Being right on the small lake was so peaceful - the neighborhood is lovely and super quiet with mostly families and retirees. We loved how close we were to everything and can’t wait to return again soon.
