Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place. Enjoy the swimming pool, BBQ, and nice seats around.
The house's design is for the privacy - which are two master bedroom located in the opposite by the living room. Each master bedroom can be for a family of three people (a queen bed and a top bunk bed.
A large living room that open to the kitchen allows people together for cooking and chatting etc.

PET RULES: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SOFAS AND BEDS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PETS INCLUDING PETS' SUPPLIES AND CLEANING PETS' HAIRS

There were multiple boards missing in the fence, fire ants in the yard, loose debris, and exposed wiring which didn’t allow our pet to be in the yard unattended. Neighborhood was extremely noisy (loud music past midnight), cars on blocks on the street. Air conditioning for the converted garage did not work since the thermostat was not connected, extension cord ran though the hallway to run the refrigerator and just a number of other sketchy items in the house. Would not recommend this location for the price!

Very adequate for our family of 5 during a business trip to Houston. We had a two week stay and found the house comfortable, adequately stocked, safe, and clean. It is not luxurious but much nicer than a hotel room (and the price was about the same as the homewood suites I often visit.) The kids loved the pool. There was great water pressure and hot water. (Which matters when multiple people need to shower post-pool time.) The mattresses and couches are well used but clean. Overall we are very pleased with our stay!

Good price point

It was fine. Clean enough, had a pool and for the price and space it was worth it. It’s outdated but you can tell in the pictures so it wasn’t much of a surprise. We were there in the summer and the main house didn’t get very cool. The AC ran most of the time and just couldn’t catch up, to be expected in older homes. The additional bedroom has its own unit and it was very cool back there!

Extremely Misleading Listing

We stayed here during our kids Spring Break mid-March for 4 nights. Our 4 teenagers, ages 18, 17, 14, and 13. We had to message the host at noon the day of check-in, because we had not received any check-in information yet. I was told that the property was being cleaned, and that the information would be sent after cleaningwas completed. We arrived to the home around 7:30pm that evening. Upon arrival the overall impression was that the property was dated, and needed TLC, but was okay. After a short time, we began to notice many issues of concern, with the maintenance and cleanliness of the home. 3 of the 4 queen bed frames were broken. The walls were very dirty! There was mold in the ice maker, the dishwasher, and the drinking water cooler. There were door knobs falling off of doors, holes in the walls with tape over them, many lights out that needed replaced, trash all over outside of the home by the pool. The grass was long, and it was not relaxing to sit out by the pool, which was a main reason we chose this home. The other reason was 4 queen beds, due to the age and size of our kids. When we arrived there was also, an empty alcohol container in the backyard by the pool. The pool maintenance was scheduled for 9-10am on Weds, but the guy arrived at 6:30am, waking us. After addressing the issues with the host and VRBO, the host offered me our cleaning deposit to be refunded. We cleaned the mold out of those reas, and dealt with the rest, and we got $199 back. Ridiculous!

Family lodging for funeral

Came with family for funeral service. Had enough space for us to be comfortable and house nicely kept! Overall great stay!

Needs alot of repairs. This is could be an amazing rental if repairs were done, better furniture in living/dining room, better cookware. Would like communication about check-in sooner than was given. Wrong paperwork left. Mostly clean, but walls are dirty. We did enjoy the stay.

The stay was fine with a few minor issues

The stay was fine for a group of golfers who spent little time there. Some maintenance issues like loose bathroom shower controls and inoperative bathroom door handle. Furniture was adequate but mismatched and worn. The pool was not used but looked fine.

Very comfortable

My team and I stayed here while doing a job in the area. With temperatures at 100 degrees plus the pool was welcomed relief. Rooms were comfortable and accommodating. Guys loved the foosball table and patio for relaxing. Over all is was a nice stay and we had no issues.

Loved the place

The place had plenty of space. Kept very clean. Pool was done weekly. Everything in the home works as should. Tan was very good about communicating with any question i had had. Would recommend this home to anyone for absolutely any occasion
