The entire home will be yours to enjoy. In total, there are 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. There are 11 beds comfortably placed throughout the home

The well appointed Master Bedroom features a luxurious En Suite, ultra modern furnishings, Smart TV and King Bed

Private master bedroom #1 En Suite modern accommodations include standalone shower with dual shower heads, dual vanities, stand alone soaking tub, and large custom walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom #2 features 2, 3 level bunk beds for a total of 6 beds,

Guest Bedroom #3 features 2 queen beds

Guest Bedroom #4 features 1 full bed

Glam room features 1 full bed

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 17 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature. Spa independently of pool may be heated for $50 per day

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. There is a camera outside by the front door and one outside facing the back of the home and the pool. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

Possibly the best rental I’ve ever stayed in

The pictures honestly do NOT do this property justice. The home is beautiful with no detail forgotten. This house is so aesthetically pleasing and it’s huge. We traveled as a group of 10 for a 40th bday weekend and not one complaint from anyone. We purchased plenty of things that were already stocked in the house just because we didn’t look. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom, plenty of towels for showering and even black towels for makeup removal without a mess. Be sure to get a pic on the upstairdeck at night, the Houston skyline is the perfect backdrop. And while the pool looks small, it’s actually a great size and we had a blast! We rented a car and there is plenty of street parking. I still don’t understand how to navigate Houston, but everything we went to was no more than 15 mins away. Close to the airport. Neighbors are friendly Owner is also VERY easy. Everything with the process was easy. Communication was fast. Check in and check out were super simple. 10/10 recommend. Already planning our next trip back!

Great Place

Was in town for a convention, we had our sales team stay here. The host was great to work with and the check in process was smooth. The house was exactly as described, and the pictures showed exactly how the house was. Was able to get an Uber in minutes day or night. I would easily recommend this house to anyone.

One Of The Best Property's And Excellent Communication!

We had an incredible stay at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was simply amazing - beautifully maintained, clean, and well-prepared for our arrival. Its VERY SPACIOUS all of my friends were amazed and we were impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtful amenities provided, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our experience was the excellent communication from the property owners. They were responsive, accommodating, and ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay. It's evident that they truly care about their guests experience and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation rental. Thank you to the property owners for their hospitality and for providing us with a perfect getaway!
