The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a double oven), ample counter space, and a suite of Ninja small appliances—blender, coffee maker, air fryer, multi-cooker, crockpot, and popcorn maker. Dine at the spacious bar with stools or, by request, convert the formal dining room (currently an office) into seating for 6–8 guests.

Non-refundable pet fee $150/pet. Two pets maximum. In the event of undisclosed pet(s), your reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund.

- Parties and events may be allowed upon host approval.
- DO NOT move any furniture
- NO gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, unless requested in advance and approved by host
- No smoking allowed on the property.
- Fireplace is NOT for guest use.
- All doors must remain closed at all times to keep the room temperature.
- Noise down time: 9:00 PM - 6 AM on weekdays, 11 PM - 7 AM on weekends
- Please supervise your kids at all times.
- Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- No dye hair/beard in bathrooms or sinks allowed
- No illegal substances/ activities /weapons allowed on the property.
- Maximum parking of 6 vehicles.
- Trash pickup days are Mondays/Thursdays.
**TRASH DUTY:**
- Guests staying Sunday/Wednesday night must pull out trash & recycle bins to the front curb of the house for Monday/Thursday collection. Non-compliance incurs a $75
