Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei
Being that this was a Marriott, I honestly expected better. The hotel was showing its age, you can tell that it's an older building, however it was clean. The front desk staff were always friendly and willing to help every time.
I stayed on the 7th floor (I'm guessing I got an upgraded suite due to being a gold member), the room did not have a suitcase bench. The fridge barely worked, didn't really keep drinks that cold and the washroom seems to lack a ventilation fan, windows fogged after a shower including that mirrors outside the washroom (I had requested for this to be checked, but there was no change). Also the hotel is right next to a freeway so expect lots of noise.
The custom menu OS in the TV was very clunky, very hard to navigate once you want to change the channel.
The breakfast options were very limited, mostly geared towards people who eat pork, unfortunately we don't. On the last day, my wife found an insect in one of the cereal dispensers to which she showed the staff, they didn't change the cereal and left it as is which was shocking.
The stay was without issues though, I had no issues navigating in and out, but I wouldn't stay here again, you could get everything they have in a cheaper hotel in my opinion.
