Casa Verde is a charming 2-bedroom house in a prime location. The downstairs communal area is equipped with a TV, comfortable lounging furniture, a fireplace, a grill, and a variety of family games for all to enjoy.

The property is set on 8,000 square meters of land, providing plenty of space for children to run, play, and kick a ball. The entire yard is fenced for added safety. You’ll enjoy colorful flowers for most of the year.

Clear Lake Shores is known for its breathtaking sunsets. Every evening, locals gather at various waterfront spots to take in the beauty of the sunrise and sunset. Casa Verde has a designated waterfront spot just a short walk from the house. This is the perfect place to enjoy: Friday night summer fireworks & picnics.

Clear Lake Shores is a unique and welcoming community where golf carts, bikes, and skateboards are the primary modes of transportation. Nearby Attractions: NASA Space Center, Schlitterbahn Aquatic park, Galveston, Kemah Boardwalk, Houston.

Casa Verde was an excellent choice for our trip to Clear Lake Shores. The house was so nice and clean, with a well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, fast internet. We loved the outdoor living area with various seating options, outdoor TV and fire pit. As a couple escaping the cold weather, we used this area daily. The bikes provided allowed us to explore the island and get exercise while enjoying Clear Lake, the canals, various birds and the beautiful marina. And Casa Verde has it's own bench by the water to sit and watch boats go by. Walking or biking to the numerous restaurants so close to the property was not only convenient, but the diverse options were enjoyable. We contacted the host several times for various issues (locked out/TV issue) and got an immediate response and gracious prompt assistance. When we travel we always try to stay in a home vs hotel and we appreciated the book left by the host with the rules, where to locate items, how to check out and suggestions for entertainment. We do not have children, but there were many games, books and outdoor activities available. We have stayed in the area on prior trips, but Casa Verde provided a perfect escape in a terrific location, making us feel at home.

What a beautiful property and gracious Host! My family had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located home. So much to do in the immediate area, perfectly stocked with all necessities and clean and cozy. The outdoor space was filled with family games and the sweetest butterfly gardens that were full of butterflies. Highly Recommend.

Lovely home, clean and welcoming. Great area with friendly people and a lot to do both in the house and surrounding area. A simple bike ride around the area and great games in the home and then a lot of eating and entertainment close by. We loved this trip.

Check-in was a breeze. Home was very clean and everything you need is provided. The below house area is great setup for lounging, watching TV, Grilling or playing games. Short walk to waterfront. Great restaurant/Bars at entry to neighborhood, walking distance from home that have live music several nights a week. Highly recommend the home.

Casa Verde Was For Us

The previous reviews of this property and the photos on the VRBO listing quickly ended the search for our next vacation rental and raised our expectations. Casa Verde delivered on all counts! The home was decorated with a beach vibe and well appointed to meet all of your vacation needs. It was also clean and well maintained. We give it a 10 out of 10 and added it to our list of properties that we would stay at again and recommend to friends and family.

Great Hangout Spot for Family

Casa Verde is so well maintained and beautifully decorated. Dishes, utensils, pots & pans, towels, and bedding were all great quality and it didn’t feel like a rental property. There is a Keurig and even coffee provided! Everything you need is available. The washer and dryer was a bonus so we could head home with clean clothes instead of the dreaded laundry pile after vacation. The downstairs area is perfect for all ages with great seating areas, games, television, and a charcoal grill. The yard area is beautiful with flowers all around. Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by good food and plenty of things to do. Definitely recommend this home and the hosts are fantastic & very responsive.

Family Getaway!

Home away from home

Casa Verde is a must!

The neighborhood is wonderful! The curb appeal doesn’t stop at the door- there’s so many fun things to do and games to play! From families to college to adult trips, this is a great place for all to stay.

The Cutest Casa Verde!

My family and I traveled for a wedding and stayed at Casa Verde. I cannot say enough good things about this property! So clean and cozy, the home was comfortable for everyone including my 4 month old and my elderly mother. Bibiana has thought of everything her guests might need and either provides it or leaves detailed info on how to get it. We felt right and home and loved the location being close to Kemah Boardwalk. The outdoor area is such a neat kickback spot- we had a great time! Would recommend 10/10, will definitely return!

Lovely house great location

The house was very comfortable and super clean. It has everyyou need for a full family. It was just my part and myself but it’s perfect for a family. We didn’t take advantage of everything it has to offer, bikes, games full kitchen , bbq etc but we definitely will come back. Thanks for sharing your house with us. My only suggestion will be to call the house casa playa or something similar to what’s on the inside. Casa verde does not goes with the inside of the house. I loved how is decorated inside. Jaime
