"The rising phoenix or Akuma Village (how the locals call it) is a simple and lovely Place to stay. The Beach is just 1 Min away. The Staff is verry kind and the food is fresh & excellent. "Es el peor hotel que he estado en 20 anyos viajando por el mundo, tiene todo lo peor, el precio la habitacion, el desayuno, el ruido, el barrio altamente peligroso, y el personal del hotel unos chorizos, querian que pagaramos 2 veces la habitacion, y por la manyana nos decian que solo teniamos derecho a 1 desayuno, despues de haber pagado un dineral por la porqueria de habitacion. El barrio es muy peligroso."

"Just spent a week with my family and loved it. The good points: the staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly even when we turned up at 2am after our flight was delayed. The rooms are big and clean (and didn't see a single mosquito). Air con worked well. Netflix on the tv. Pool was clean. The best bit was being right on the beach. The boys loved playing football and splashing around. It's out of the city centre so very quiet and peaceful and it was great to get away from the insane...

"It was an expensive and most of all a fake reservation by Expedia. The hotel didnt know of any reservation. The hotel doen't have internet, no e-mail address. They only except reservations by telefon. I'll make a heavy reclamation at Expedia, once we are back from our journey through Ghana. We finally ended up in a hotel that suggested the taxi driver to us."
