"二回目の滞在です。 扉の建て付けが悪く、ドアにカギを差し込んで回さないとドアが閉まらない状況です。 ある日帰って来た時に部屋のドアがしっかりと閉まっておらず、誰でも入れる状況であった為、ホテルのスタッフに扉の建て付けを修理して頂くことと清掃時にしっかりと施錠して頂くように依頼しました。"
