There was no fridge in the room I had, but they had a fridge downstairs and you recieved a complimentary reusable water bottle with water and a free drink of your choice from the downstairs fridge. "Very convenient place and friendly staff, affordable price and relatively clean room. But that was all. No sun light inside the room, very dark even at daytime. You wouldn’t recognize if it was night or day because it was too dark. Very loud party at Saturday night. Very nice roof top for free instead. I could barely stand because it was a business trip. It would have destroyed the trip and left bad impression on San Diego if it was private. Probably I would not stay here again."

"The hotel is trendy and had a fun vibe. While on the small side, I liked the look of the room. I’ve stayed at a Moxy in Arizona and remember the amenities being better. There was no fridge / coffee maker in the room, and the sign stating “Ice / water” was incorrect on my floor only, so I wandered aimlessly looking for ice before giving up. The staff were all friendly, but based on the amenities I likely won’t stay here again."

However, after arriving in my room, I carried out a routine check and found multiple small hairs and some stains on the bed sheets. I returned to reception to request a room change. At this point, I was assisted by a different member of staff who informed me I could not be moved and would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, despite it having already been prepared.
