Viatges a Hotaka

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. The in suite laundry was much appreciated for our family of four. The airport limousine bus is not too far away. A short walk to the stunning Senso-ji Temple.

Absolutely loved this property. Room was exactly as advertised, location was great - close to stations, convenience stores and restaurants but far enough away that it was quiet. Front desk staff were super helpful and spoke good English. Helped us with room entry and forwarding of luggage and anything else we asked of them. Washer / dryer was a real benefit for us during our 5 night stay as it was very hot in Tokyo so clothes needed a freshen up!

Great staff that was friendly and very helpful. Great location, just minutes away from the popular Shinjuku shops, restaurants, and arcades. The only downside was the bathroom smelled like mold and there was mold on the walls in the bathroom. It was a short stay and we told the staff, so hopefully they address it.
