  • Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1 bath creek side Villa. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 2nd small bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 6 people with the use of the 2 provided roll away beds. The stunning living room features 12' ceilings and is furnished with a super comfy couch, plenty of seating, game table, and a dining room table with 6 chairs for your enjoyment. The kitchen is perfect for a home style meal as it is equipped with a microwave, stove and a full refrigerator. The property is just minutes away from all of Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village's best attractions, and guests are sure to get a true Arkansas experience! Enjoy the beautiful front porch near the creek and grill out for a dinner on the patio! The location is perfect for a central home base while exploring the area!

    Located just around the corner from Brookhill Ranch Summer Camp, 4 miles to the West Gate for 11 Lakes, 9 Golf Courses, 26+ Miles of walking trails, 3 sandy beaches of Hot Springs Village (access as my guest!), 15 minutes to Magic Springs, Oaklawn, or the Historic downtown Bath House Row, 20 minutes to the Crystal Mines or the 1000 miles of shore line of amazing Lake Ouachita. The Villa is also an easy day trip to all that Arkansas has to offer like Pinnacle Mountain and Scenic Highway 7!

Cozy Home Atmosphere

Great Place!

Great location and a very clean! We enjoyed our 2 nights there. This place had plenty of space and was very organized. Definitely gonna book this place again on our next adventure to Hot Springs!

We loved staying at the Villa. It was a very cozy and a super cute place. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. We especially enjoyed the large yard and creek was very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place was clean.

Great place to stay. The Creek running beside the property was very calming and pretty. Had everything anyone could want. Oaklawn Race Track was near and that was where we went. Great food and shopping.

A wonderful honeymoon

We stayed here at this lovely villa for our honeymoon and it exceeded all of our expectations. We felt right at home and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! An excellent property!

A charming layout and close to all of the locations we wanted to visit, There was not a blender so hopefully this can be rectified and the tub was slow draining, again an easy fix, Highly recommend for any Hot Springs getaways

The Villa near Hot Springs AR

The Villa was an excellent experience. This location is close to the Villages, shopping, and numerous activities. Our favorite activities were the tour of the original Hot Springs Resort, and the fantastic Childrens Museum that we visited with our Granddaughter. The interior of the Villa is very relaxing and is located in a peaceful area. Would highly recommend the Villa.

Very Beautiful Villa

The Villa is very clean and beautiful to stay at. The living room area is very large and comfortable. The yard is large with a small stream along the boarder of the property. The area is quite and very close to most locations in the area, but if you choose to stay in to eat it has a full service kitchen. The beds are very ferm and comfortable to sleep.

Most amazing place I’ve stayed at in Arkansas, this is my go-to every Arkansas trip!! Wouldn’t change it, I have met and communicated with Kimberly, very respectful and helpful! Can’t wait to come again in October! The creek is my favorite feature of the place as I spent night and day stomping in the creek. Only miles away from Hot Springs to stroll the town and look at the awesome history of the hot springs and bath houses. You’ll never book another place again! Thank you Kimberly for sharing your amazing Villa! ❤️😃

Beautiful home! Beds very comfortable, the decor was beautiful the only “problems” we experienced were the kitchen was fully stoked but only 2 forks, no big deal I purchased A 4 pack of metal spoons from Walmart and left them for the next guest. Next was the roll away beds I never found sheets for them but I also never asked. And we didn’t end up using them anyway. And last was the bathtub plug wasn’t working but they sent someone to look at that the same day! Excellent communication, excellent decor and comfort! Will definitely be staying here again 💜

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Hot Springs. Ms. Kimberly was great and very prompt to answer any questions I had. The Villa is just North of the main part of town. It was so quiet and peaceful with a beautiful backyard the had a creek running alongside it. The living room was so spacious and the decor made us feel right at home. Everything was well stocked and very clean. If I could give it 10 ⭐ I would. Definitely will be back to visit The Villa!

Exceeded Expectations

My family had a wonderful stay at the villa for a week in July. The open living room, kitchen, and dining areas are spacious with plenty of seating. Decorated to feel like home. The beds were comfortable enough. The second bedroom is super tiny; just large enough for the bed. The bathroom is also small but gets the job done. There is a large yard for kids to blow off some steam. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed. On-site laundry came in handy and there are plenty of stores less than 5 minutes away. Overall our expectations were met or exceeded, and we would stay again if we return to Hot Springs.

Lovely place near Hot Springs

The Home is beautiful and in a lovely quiet area with a gorgeous backyard. Parking is very easy and close to the unit. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely rent here again. The property owner was very receptive and helpful. Might be a bit tight if you have a family of four or more and keep in mind there is no dishwasher in the unit Although this presented no problems for me. Nice and close to Hot Springs and other attractions, and also a lovely drive

Perfect

The villa was perfect for our girls trip. It is a beautiful property that was clean and well kept. It is a short drive from downtown Hot Springs, away from all the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend the villa for your stay!
