Unwind and recharge in this cozy 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath two story townhouse just a short walk to lake Desoto. Down by the lake, you will find a gazebo with benches to sit on and enjoy the view of the lake and soak up the nature. You can also fish, swim, or kayak at your leisure.
If fishing, you will need a valid AR fishing license that can be purchased at Walmart.

Inside on the main level you will find a cozy living room/ dining area, small kitchen with updated appliances fully equipped for meals, and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer for you to use. There is a 1/2 bath on the main level.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a King sized bed and the guest bedroom with a Queen sized bed. There are two 1/2 baths and 1 shower/tub combo. (Jack and Jill style)
TV is offered in each bedroom

Out back you will find a patio with outdoor seating and tables to enjoy your morning coffee or reading a book while enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature. There is a gas grill for having cookouts during your stay.

Basic essentials toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee pods, trash bags, etc are all provided for your stay


Upon arrival you should find a welcome book that will have lists of Restaurants, Grocery stores, Lakes, Golf Courses, and more!
