This place is amazing! Gorgeous views. The kitchen had everything and then some. Plush towels, super clean.. sooo many great things with this house. I could move right in.

The location of house to lake was ideal, allowing you to have an eye on family at all times. There wasn’t an amenity that we were without. It was perfect for us, from kitchen supplies to kayaks, they had everything in between. We rented a pontoon nearby to pull the kids on tubes which topped off their fun.

We had a wonderful stay. This is truly the nicest rental we have stayed at using VRBO. Immaculate and tastefully done. Well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! Plenty of furniture inside and out to relax and enjoy the views. The owners are very responsive and happy to help you. Definitely would book here again.

Our week at this property was wonderful! Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The hosts were very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. The neighborhood is peaceful and the view out over the Lake is great. The grandkids were a bit too young to enjoy them, but the property has 3 kayaks available. Easy to book the local golf courses and there are 8 to choose from. We hope to return if we can!

Wow! What a perfect VRBO! It has everything! We cooked many meals, and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you may need. The owner supplied so many little extras we appreciated so much - kcups, welcome snacks, spices and oils for cooking, extra ice bags for coolers, plenty of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags, beach towels for swimming in the beautiful lake right off the dock, and all sizes of life vests. The house is pristine. The beds were super comfy, and I loved the sunroom. I cannot recommend it enough. The hosts were lovely and check-in/out very smooth. We will be back!

Hands-down, the best VRBO we have stayed at. This property and host made sure that everything was thought of so that when you come through the door, besides bringing your own groceries, you feel right at home highly recommend.

We had a lovely time. House is clean and well stocked. A library of books to choose from, perfect for reading in the sunroom. Kayaks with many different sizes of lifejackets. The swing on the dock was shaded in the afternoon, perfect for lounging while the kids jumped off the dock. The view from inside the house and from the back yard is amazing! Hosts left a basket of snacks and bottle of wine for check-in. Plenty of towels. Very reasonable check-out list. Load and start dishwasher and take out the trash. That’s it. Communication was good. We had an amazing stay and hope to come back.

Even better than we hoped for!

The house, location, decor, everything was beautiful. Easy check in, great communication. We had a lovely time on the lake, loved the kayaks and view. The beds were comfortable. Probably one of the best places ever booked.

Happy Easter

We spend the weekend in the village to see my mom for Easter! The house was amazing and beautiful! The water front property is perfect. We would love to stay again in the future.

Fabulous property

This was a beautiful home located on the lake. It had everything we needed plus some "extras". The owners were great to deal with the questions we had.

Can't go wrong here

Nice, clean home. Comfortable bed, great kitchen with everthing we needed. And you can't beat the view. We hope to return soon.

Serenity in Hot Springs

We are avid hikers and golfers, and this location offers outstanding options for both. Whatever activities you choose, you'll love coming back to this wonderfully relaxing home on the water's edge. The property is updated, very clean and very relaxing, and the owners are responsive and helpful.

Charming Lakeside House

Very clean and comfortable place . Two King Beds was a plus. Lots of room to visit inside and out on the back patio areas. Wonderful place to relax right out the back door on this lake front property. We especially loved the evening sunset views!

We will be back

This is the only place I have ever stayed, and I've stayed in several, that I want to go back. The whole family enjoyed this vacation, and the kids along with the adults, were not ready to go. This is a really awesome place to stay, and you can swim right out the back door! But we had to go to the sandy beach for the kids.

A memory filled Spring Break

We had a fun stay with our 2 teenage boys. Wish the water was warm enough for water activities. We had a great time anyway in this beautiful home. I'm definitely missing that view. Loved the village and surrounding areas.

Lake front beauty

Best place we’ve stayed in the village. So much attention to detail. Thank you for the snacks, wine, soft tissue, comfort amenities. Let’s go to the lake, right out side the door. Amazing views. Great vibes. Loved the kayaks. Rented the pontoon. Awesome!

Perfect!

This house was perfect. It is well furnished and super clean. Nothing but views of the lake from the back side of the house and right on the water - not to mention the kayaks and canoe. Super quiet and peaceful. The only problem with our stay was that we had to leave!

Hot Springs Village

The property did not disappoint. Very clean, great location with a beautiful view of Lake Balboa right on the water. Great communication from the owners with an easy check-in and check-out plan. Family of 5 with 3 18-24 year old sons had plenty of room. We have stayed in the village in other properties and this one is our favorite. We had a great time, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.
