This was a nice condo, great views of the lake but the grounds around it could use some work. Also the hot tub jets did not work but other than that it was a nice place to stay!

We had a great time! The perfect size for a weekend getaway for two and the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing I hated to leave it behind. The host has really made the place cozy, and the main road is only a couple of turns away, but you don't hear any noise, even from the other neighbors. It is a convenient, short drive to anything you could want to eat or drink, and shopping centers are less than 10 minutes away! We will definitely be returning to this place.

Room is as-listed and very clean. Stairs to the dock are numerous (72) and a bit sketchy in spots. Rather than put our kayaks in across the inlet and paddle over we just cruised a few miles up to Lake Ouchita. Easy access to downtown and Oaklawn from the room. Had a very fun stay.

Host was very inviting. Everything was in order and well prepared. This location is great for local attractions and restaurants. The view looks like it is normally wonderful, but the water was very low in the area behind the condo. Sunset is beautiful in the hills.
