Lucy on the Lake LBJ with a pool and hot tub, is a spacious home in a quiet neighborhood and is ideal for multi-generational gatherings. With direct lake access, amenities, and close proximity to local attractions, this vacation home offers something for everyone. Kayak or boat to the main lake, fish off the boat dock, and enjoy sunsets while lounging on one of three outdoor living spaces. Marble Falls is just a short 10-minute drive away where you can enjoy local wines at two different tasting rooms, dining, shopping, and more. There are 2 public golf courses within 15 minutes of the house.

This updated mid-century modern home offers all the essentials for relaxing after a long day spent boating, tubing, fishing, golfing, and exploring the area. Return home and start up the grill for an evening BBQ!

THE INDOOR SPACE

The first floor offers access and views of the lake from the living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal (except the groceries!) Or if you prefer to grill, there is a 5 burner grill ready for your use on the back patio just off the living area. Off the kitchen is a large game room, with a bar, ping pong table, foosball table, smart TV, and daybed with trundle. There is plenty of room to hang out and play games, watch a movie and enjoy complimentary popcorn and candy! There is also a large table in the kitchen that seats 8 and serves multi-purposes. The table can be used not only for eating but also for poker, puzzles, and board games.

The second floor offers views from both master bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms - 2 master king suites with full en-suite bathrooms, 1 queen room with a desk workspace, and a bunk room with one set of twin bunk beds and one set of full bunk beds. In the hallway, there is an Instagram-able worthy wall welcoming you to Lucy on the Lake. Tag us at #LucyontheLakeLBJ

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

Outside is a large covered patio with a BBQ grill, a wood deck (perfect for yoga), and a huge raised deck above the jet ski ramp with amazing lake views. The is a pool and hot tub for relaxing. There are 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for use. Life jackets are required on the lake, a few are provided. We suggest you bring your own life jackets, especially for children. The slip is available for 2 jet skis. Because we are at the end of the cove, the water is about 3 feet deep and not great for swimming. Just 200 feet and you have unlimited swimming in the main lake. There are jet ski rentals nearby. It is against HOA Rules to park trailers at the house. Trailer parking is available at LBJ Yacht Club for $15 a night, a 5-minute drive from the home.

Horseshoe Bay is just around the corner. Note: we do not have access to Horseshoe Bay amenities but feel free to visit the restaurant.
