The park will accept family parties only, no single sex or mixed parties under 25 and no stag or hen parties.
Access to this park is controlled by a number plate recognition system for security. This will only read standard number plates not ones which are custom made.
Please note your hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night of your holiday due to cleaning and water change. It is recommended that customers bring extra towels/bath robes/foot ware for when using the hot tub.
Barbecues are available to hire for £35 per charcoal barbecue, per stay (includes 4 bags of charcoal).
The charge for wifi is £5 per stay.
Check in is strictly between 4-5pm. (It is not possibleto check-in earlier than 4pm)
To ensure you are able to check in, please contact the park in advance if your arrival time will be after 5pm to arrange key collection details.
You will need to vacate the accommodation no later than 10am on the day of departure, there will be a £50 charge for late departures.

Arrival Information
Please be aware that check in is strictly between 4-5pm. Please call the park to arrange later check in if arriving after 5pm. Two cars maximum to be allowed on site. Please note that there will be a £15.00 charge for late check in, this is to be paid direct to the park on arrival.
Facilities
The hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on the first evening of your holiday due to maintenance and water change. It is recommended that customers bring extra towels/bath robes/foot ware for when using the hot tub.
Charcoal Barbecues are available to hire charges apply, per stay (includes 4 bags of charcoal).
Accommodation Information
Please note that luxury toiletries are not provided. Logs for the log burner aren’t provided but are able to be purchased from reception for a small charge.
Please note- The Park do not permit the use of disposable/ your own BBQ’s or Pizza ovens on-site.
If visitors request beds to be changed from singles to doubles on the day of arrival there is a £20 fee due to the cleaners having to return to prepare them.
A security deposit is payable at reception on arrival at this Park for £200 on ALL accommodations:
