"We will NEVER stay here again. No “welcome” or eye contact from front desk during check in and no smile. Smell was awful, smokers and loud talkers standing outside our door late at night. I woke in the middle of the night thinking we were having a storm outside. Turns out it was the EXTREMELY loud and rattling air conditioner. Breakfast was bad and toaster took forever so we left. Way over priced for dirty place! The only positive is that we weren’t sleeping outside and we had a door between us...

"The room looked and smelled very clean after entering; however, I was extremely disappointed when I saw dried urine on the side of the toilet in the lower crevices. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, but the lady in the breakfast area could exhibit better manners - she cut in front of me to put out more items without saying, "Excuse me.""

"The hotel itself was very nice and clean, but be aware you will have to pay a $50 incidentals fee at check in that is supposed to be returned to you. Our stay was April 17th 2026 and the $50 has still not been returned. "
