"We arrived through a little gate into a beautiful garden and followed the path to the Hotel Reception. We were met by a lady who was very helpful. The room was a good size and we were surprised it had a balcony. (It was shared by the room next door but there was no one in it so we had the balcony to ourselves) The hotel also has a sauna which I hadn't picked up on when I booked so that was another lovely surprise. "Love this hotel just at the bottom and in between 2 amazing German castles. Clean and comfortable rooms, best breakfast in Europe. Spa is relaxing too. Parking available for a cost. The dinner restaurant is not my favorite tho, too fancy. I prefer more simple or traditional dishes. This is my second stay at this hotel and would def recommend "
