"The place is well advertised but the communication was very poor between platforms some say we needed own towels and other saying other check-in requirements and wrong times. Staff have been great when face to face but here are the things I did not like - AC was at an ADDITIONAL cost, if you wanted lounge chairs this was at a cost too, cabin 36 had no mosquito nets so not possible to open windows at night without getting bitten. "I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
