"The guy at the front desk was super dismissive and not helpful. They charge a $50 flat fee for pets which is nice if you stay a while but not nice if it’s only for a night. Location is by the freeway but the area is seedy. Room was very cramped, shower pressure terrible but it was hot. Breakfast had options but none tasted very good. The place smells like chemicals. Not happy for the price."

"I am sure the mattress was from my original apartment 40 years ago. No coffee, no chair to sit on, no wi-fi and the front desk had the audacity to tell me it was a delux room! There was NOTHING DELUX about that room. It was my fault to stay at a hotel that was literally 100 feet from a freeway. Worst hotel stay EVER!!"

"We had stayed here a few years back. This trip we noticed the property is more dated. The shower had visible cracks and breaking down. Furniture is worn. They put plug in air fresheners in the hallways. Will likely not stay here again. Reminds me of the hotels that have been converted to temporary housing for the unhoused. "

"We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. "Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above."

"Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable."

"The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again"
