The overall services were very poor. "My stay at the JW Marriott Hong Kong was more than present. I stayed nine nights and my wife and I had a wonderful time. Staff were super helpful on various thing. The location is the best, it is directly connected to a mall which is connected to the Hong Kong Subway system. Visiting during summer time the heat and rain became none issue. For sure will recommend to friends and family when they visit Hong Kong."
