Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage nestled along beautiful Honeoye Lake. Relax outdoors in the hot tub with your friends and family. Enjoy smore's and laughter around the outdoor gas firepit. Our cottage is a 5 minute walk to Honeoye lake where you will find a private beach and park area with a playground for kids to enjoy. We are located just minutes from Bristol Ski Resort, breweries, wineries, restaurants, as well as the regions many state parks and neighboring finger lakes!
The space
Our cottage offers a warm and inviting space within a residential community that is perfect for families, couples, and small groups. We are pet friendly!

Inside you will find three bedrooms, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace for those cool nights! A small kitchen table allows guests to spend time together while cooking meals. We also have a dedicated dining room to gather with family and friends. There is a washer and dryer on site!

Outdoors there is a spacious yard with a hot tub and gas fire pit on the patio. Enjoy lawn games or relaxing around the fire making s'mores!

Our cottage is nestled in a friendly lakeside community with a relaxing vibe. You may encounter welcoming neighbors on your walk to the lake. A large community park includes a playground and beach area perfect for fishing, kayaking or just enjoying peaceful time by the water.

This property is great for both winter and summer months. Honeoye lake is known for ice fishing and a close location to popular ski resorts. In the spring/summer months it is wonderful for lake life, wineries, and enjoying the sun!

Great vacation area! The owner is wonderful (excellent communication and very helpful) and the adorable cottage was perfect (clean, well-stocked with all necessities, pet-friendly, and in a quiet neighborhood)! We highly recommend staying here. Lots of nearby restaurants too!

Relaxing Getaway

We picked this spot for our annual friends trip and had a great time! We found the house generally clean, with plenty of space for the three of us, and really appreciated the outdoor space. We had a few suggestions/areas of improvement that would make us want to come back - basic seasonings available in the kitchen, the towels smelled a bit musty, as if they had been left in the washer too long, the hot tub needed a bit more thorough cleaning, the patio table was a bit rusty and worn and not really a place to comfortably hang out (although we appreciated the Adirondack chairs around the fire table!), and the main bedrooms were a bit hot since the AC is only in the common spaces, so we would have loved a few fans. All in all, though, we had a great time and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely, with a great lakefront area.
