"Das Personal war in Ordnung und höflich aber nicht entsprechend eines 4 * Hotels Dazu standen den ganzen Vormittag Wäsche berge im Oberen Flur und die Putzwägen Dazu roch es sehr unangenehm im Flur. Die Zimmer waren bis auf die Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen der Teppichboden sehr unsauber verlegt ..."

"Room was clean but not prepared for guests. The room was a threesome. We did not have enough towels for three. No wash cloths. Shower door was not designed to be completely closed. Breakfast was good"

"Die Unterkunft war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Die Sauberkeit war top und die Lage ideal – nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof und damit super schnell zum BVB-Stadion. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief völlig reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung!"

"Rommet og beliggenheten var bra. Minus var sovesofaen som ikke egnet seg veldig til å sove på for større barn. Den var direkte vond og trekket på selve «madrassen» var revnet."
