"The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am."

"We stayed in ‘deluxe’ suite on 1st floor. Has everything you need and well equipped little kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Bed a bug saggy and felt I was falling into middle! Great location for accessing stuff but it is in a bit of a party area. As others have said the soundproofing is not great, single glazed windows and also the noise of people seemingly getting their step count up at 11pm above us.
Good value, friendly staff. Ask for 2nd floor room if you can.

"Amazingly helpful & friendly hosts, willing to provide great suggestions for local attractions and assist in any way needed. Set in a beautiful quiet location but still only a short drive to major roads. "
