I asked for something to use to wipe down my surfaces in the room because I had handprints in like sticky stuff on them and they will not give me anything. The room was kind of dirty and housekeeping walked right by my room each day I was there. I didn’t even ask me if I needed anything and they have attitudes all over her face so I decided not to engage and ask them for anything else."

"I paid for my stay through Expedia and when I checked into the hotel they asked for my credit card for incidentals. When I got my Credit Card statement I saw that the hotel had also charged me for the stay. I called and spoke to a manager to get the double charge removed and he said he would have to call me back. I am still trying to get my refund 2 weeks later!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was by far, the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. It was dirty, run down, the tv was broken, the bathroom had a pile of dirt and it had a terrible old mattresses where you could feel the coils. In the morning, I looked under the sheet at the mattress and there were signs of bed bugs, rust colored stains, etc. I really should have checked this upon arrival! Now I am at home and having to mitigate against bed bugs. This hotel should be closed down by the health...

"Great amenities at this property great breakfast loved having the laundry available having a pool and hot tub. That was also great. The only negative is there’s a male associate running the front desk in the morning hours, and during the day he should not be in customer service does not smile and that’s what you want when you walk through the door. The woman in the evening is excellent very accommodating. They upgraded my room because it was so dead. She was a peach. I love the property because...

"The room smelled like a smoker lived there. Other guests we saw in parking lot said the same of their room. Beds were not very comfortable. Most outlets didn't work. Felt old and worn and in need of some serious upgrades. The staff were all very nice though. "

"The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair.
